THE ENTERPRISE in the form of a Scientific and Production Association was founded in 2007 in the city of Nova Kakhovka, the industrial center of the Kherson region, to perform tasks related to the creation and repair of military and export equipment for the needs of the State Corporation “Ukrspetsexport”.
Having fulfilled a large export order for the overhaul of submarines, manufactured by the USSR and in service with the Navy of the Republic of India, the association temporarily suspended its work due to the illegal actions of the tax police of the Kherson region. The association proved its rightness and integrity in court, having passed all administrative courts, and still received a refund of export VAT.
Taking into account the disaster that occurred due to the Russian-Ukrainian war and its consequences, the association, having sufficient scientific potential and excellently trained specialists in the fields of electronics, small, drone aviation, voluntarily undertook to create a unique innovative complex for monitoring the sites of hostilities.
Our development, which was already patented in 2024, will enable accelerated surveying of large areas to search for unexploded ordnance of all types, including those buried in the ground.
